Who we are
Tactical-EV designs and manufactures vehicle and wall mounting systems for firearms, tools, and gear — the Always Ready System™ — in Rapid City, South Dakota. By using tactical-ev.com or buying our products, you agree to these terms.
Ordering & payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay. We may cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill (pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions). Discount codes apply only at time of purchase.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Complete vehicle systems ship free; individual orders of $200 or more ship free; other orders ship at the flat rate shown at checkout. Build-to-order items ship on the timeline shown on the product page or your order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; we'll help resolve carrier loss or damage claims.
Returns & lifetime satisfaction guarantee
Our products come with a lifetime satisfaction guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. If a product fails to perform, contact us and we'll repair or replace it. For fit or preference returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization; items must be in resalable condition. Custom and made-to-order builds are not returnable except for defects. This guarantee doesn't cover misuse, modification, or damage from improper installation.
Products, safety & lawful use — important
Our products are mounting and storage accessories. They are not firearms, firearm parts, or weapons, and no firearm license is required to purchase them. You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the storage, transport, and securing of firearms and equipment in your jurisdiction and your vehicle — including safe-storage and vehicle-carry laws, which vary by state. A mount is not a substitute for a locked container where the law requires one, and no mounting system prevents all access or theft. Always transport firearms unloaded where required and follow the four rules of firearm safety.
Install per the included instructions using the provided hardware. Verify your specific firearm, tool, or gear fits per the size guide before purchase — dimensions on product pages control. Products are intended for adults 18 and older.
Vehicles
Tactical-EV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., Ford, Toyota, Milwaukee Tool, Stihl, or any vehicle or tool manufacturer named on this site. Names are used only to identify compatibility. Our systems install without permanent modification, but you're responsible for confirming any effect on your vehicle's warranty or systems.
Intellectual property
Tactical-EV, the TEV logo, Always Ready™, the AR badge, and our product designs are our property. The Always Ready System™ is protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,702,229 and pending applications. Don't copy, imitate, or reverse-engineer them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Except for the express guarantee above, products and the site are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennington County, South Dakota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email us — we solve almost everything directly.
