The short version

We collect the minimum needed to sell and ship you gear. We don't run accounts, we never see your card number, we don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising trackers.

What we collect and why

Orders. When you buy, checkout is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment details, and shares with us everything except your payment details — we never receive or store your card number. We use order information to fulfill, ship, and support your purchase, and we retain it for accounting and warranty purposes.

Forms. If you submit a custom request, agency quote, contact message, or join our email list, we receive what you typed, including your email address. We use it to respond and, for the email list, to send occasional product news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Your cart. The shopping cart lives in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us until you check out, and clearing your browser data erases it.

Technical basics. Our site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and block abuse. If we use analytics, we use privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement (aggregate page counts — not individual tracking).

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 — our products are intended for adults.

Who we share with

Only service providers necessary to operate: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (name and address on the label), Cloudflare (hosting), and our email provider (delivering messages you asked for). Each receives only what its job requires. We disclose information if legally required.

Your choices and rights

Email ian@tactical-ev.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it (we may retain records the law requires, like completed order records for tax purposes). Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor reasonable requests from anyone regardless of state.

Security

Payments are processed on Stripe's PCI-DSS-certified infrastructure. Our site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum on purpose.
